Shipping from Sydney, Australia

Roctic Climbing ships online orders from Sydney, NSW. We currently offer shipping to customers in Australia and New Zealand. Shipping charges are calculated from your order and delivery address at checkout.

Shipping within Australia

Free standard shipping on eligible Australian orders of A$75 or more. For orders below A$75, the currently configured standard shipping rates range from A$10 to A$18 for parcels within the supported weight bands, depending on parcel weight.

The available shipping option and final charge are displayed during checkout. Larger or unusual orders may require us to confirm a delivery option.

Shipping to New Zealand

We also ship to New Zealand from Sydney. Our currently configured standard shipping rates are A$18, A$23 or A$30 for eligible weight bands up to 3.5 kg. Your checkout displays the available rate for your parcel. The Australian A$75 free-shipping offer does not apply to New Zealand deliveries.

Our shipping carriers

We primarily use CouriersPlease to dispatch orders from Sydney, NSW. We also use Australia Post when appropriate for the delivery address or parcel. The carrier is selected based on the order and destination, so a particular courier service is not guaranteed.
